TD¹ is a thermoregulation unit for your compressed air system. After the success of TD³ filtering and thermoregulating unit we offer a similar unit to be installed with your current filtering system. Using hot air and keeping precise temperature will improve the quality and stability of your paint spraying applications.

Air heating and thermoregulation
The patented Walcom TD¹ combines a heating cartridge resistance unit with an internal heated hose IPH , controlled by a PID (Proportional Integral System). This double heating allows you to:- Set compressed air temperature at spray gun inlet
- Set up the optimum paint application temperature indicated by the paint manufacturer
- Maintain the set temperature in the gun input regardless of environmental changes
- Keep set temperature in the IPH heating hose, no idle time
- Maintain consistency of high quality of your paint job
